Welcome to Renovation Planner Pro. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Renovation Planner Pro mobile application and services (the "App"), which is owned and operated by Whole Clove LLC ("the Company").

By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

Renovation Planner Pro provides a platform for users to upload images, apply markups, and utilize Artificial Intelligence (via the Google Gemini API) to generate renovation visualizations and planning suggestions.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

  • Age: You must be at least 18 years of age to use this App.
  • Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify Whole Clove LLC immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. User Content & License

  • Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to the images you upload.
  • License to Use: By uploading images, you grant Whole Clove LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, store, and transmit your images to third-party providers (such as Google Gemini) solely for the purpose of providing the App's services to you.
  • Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload any images that are illegal, infringing on third-party intellectual property, or contain sensitive personal identification.

4. AI-Generated Suggestions (The "AI Disclaimer")

Important Notice

  • For Inspiration Only: Any markups, suggestions, or plans generated by the App's AI are for visual inspiration and conceptual planning purposes only.
  • No Professional Advice: The App is not a licensed architect, structural engineer, or contractor. AI-generated images may not be structurally sound, up to local building codes, or physically possible.
  • User Responsibility: You must consult with a licensed professional before beginning any physical renovation work. Whole Clove LLC is not liable for any damages, injuries, or costs resulting from your reliance on AI-generated suggestions.

5. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds

  • Payment Processors: Payments are processed via Apple Payments (for iOS In-App Purchases) or Stripe (for direct billing).
  • Subscriptions: If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew unless canceled through the platform where the purchase was made (Apple App Store or Stripe Dashboard).
  • Refunds:
    • For Apple Payments: Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple according to their policies.
    • For Stripe Payments: Refund requests will be handled at the sole discretion of Whole Clove LLC.

6. Intellectual Property

The App's interface, logo, code, and proprietary markup tools are the property of Whole Clove LLC. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Whole Clove LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data, loss of profits, or property damage) arising out of your use of the App or reliance on its AI-generated content. The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Company.

9. Governing Law
